Doing a bit of selfie action with the great Mary Delahunty at the Victoria ASFA conference. I talked about using Gen AI to engage with super industry members intelligently and in a customised way to deliver financial information. Yep.. in an industry that is fast growing in AUm and members, it’s imperative that we embrace these technologies .. partly because they promise great value, but more importantly, because simply speaking, there is little other choice. I would say that AI was the topic of the day, but I had some great competition on stage from multiple voices thinking about the future of super, its members, their engagement and education.
